The site is organized based on activities: in the Library users can check out books, read and write book reviews and search the catalog. In the Factory, users can see how the site’s tools can be used to produce more texts working from the original scans. Books can be produced for this site or for related sites. Some tools are available for use online. Some software tools are downloadable.
Downloadable walkthru for ppxml now available
05-Dec-2025: The ppxml application is used to create books and other public domain content on this site. Users can download the software and an example book to get an idea of the process and the markup. more info →
